On March 2, 2004, the Federal Constitutional Court ruled (AZ: 1 BvR 784/03): “Anyone who activates the patient’s self-healing powers by laying on hands and does not make any diagnoses does not need a non-medical practitioner’s license.” Thanks to the lawyers Ulrich Sauthoff, Harald Roth, Susanne Hofmann and Dr. Bernhard Firgau, who obtained this fundamental judgment.
§ 3 of the Medicines Advertising Act prohibits advertising with promises of healing. Therefore, I would like to expressly point out that all my websites are only about describing my very personal, subjective experiences and views. Statements about this or even promises in individual cases to be able to achieve healing or even alleviation of symptoms in other people with spiritual healing, I can not and do not want to make hereby in any way.
I make neither promises of healing nor do I make diagnoses in the medical sense. SHT does not replace a doctor, alternative practitioner or medication, every client takes full responsibility for him- and herself. However, it can definitely be seen as an addition and supplement to all other therapies.
