SHT Intensive Seminar

The SHT-Intensive Seminar  is an advanced version of the SHT, which is slightly more time-consuming than the SHT-Easy, but is very ‘intense’ in its mechanism of action. It is advised to start with the SHT-Easy and only then to move on and learn the SHT Intensive Technique in the next step.
